In this BBQ class you will learn all aspects of smoking 4 meats. Pork, Chicken, Ribs, & Brisket. You will learn all 4 meats taught by Wayne Preston, the founder and owner of Bucky’s Bar-B-Q himself. Wayne will hold back no secrets. You will learn to make rubs, make sauces, and even get to eat what you learn to cook! This is a perfect class for everyone wanting to learn how to smoke BBQ.

Schedule of Classes
Wayne teaches groups of no more that 20 students per class. This allows a lot of personal attention with each student. Classes are held on select Monday evenings from 6:00pm to 9:00pm and on select Saturday mornings from 9:00am to 12:00pm.
