Description
In this Saturday class you will learn the basics of smoking 4 different meats. Pork Butt, Chicken, Ribs, Beef Brisket. And we will eat them all as we go. Learn choosing the best meat and how to prep it for smoking. You will make rubs and sauces, then try them out on the meat we cook. You will also learn the tips and tricks to smoking the meats to keep them moist and tender. This class will last 3 hours on a Saturday morning from 9am till 12:00. All Saturday classes meet at the Bucky’s location at 2010 Perimeter Rd.
