Description
In this Monday evening class you will learn the basics of smoking 4 different meats. Pork Butt, Chicken, Ribs, Beef Brisket. And we will eat them all as we go. Learn choosing the best meat and how to prep it for smoking. You will make rubs and sauces, then try them out on the meat we cook. You will also learn the tips and tricks to smoking the meats to keep them moist and tender. You will learn the temperatures and cooking times to get perfect results. This class will last 3 hours on a Monday evening starting at 6pm till 9. All Monday classes meet at the Bucky’s location at 1700 Roper Mtn Rd.
